Matchpreview STVV - R. Charleroi SC
We start our two-week marathon with a home game against Charleroi!
You don't have to go to the Zoo of Antwerp to see some Zebra's. They will be right here at Stayen. And Saturday, we are the hunters coming for them!
Edward Still's team is just two points above us in the rankings. And after two defeats in a row, the Kanaries are eager to set the record straight. With only 10 goals scored, STVV is amongst the worst teams in the league offensively. However, with only 11 goals conceded, STVV is defensively amongst the best teams in the league.
With the injury of Daniel Schmidt, Jo Coppens, the keeper from Limburg, will most likely stand between the posts. Robert Bauer is also suspended for 4 games. For the rest of the line-up, is it now wait and see.

The program for the players of coach Hollerbach is quite heavy in the next few days with a trip to Brugge on wednesday (ticketing info here) and a home game against OHL for our Japanese themed-game, the Nishitan Day (more info here). But we got our Fan Day to help them decompress in between. Make sure to be there on Sunday October 16 (all info about the Fan Day here).
