After the 3 points against Mouscron, our Primises have a lead of 9 points. This makes them sure of the title of PO2. Second place Sporting Charleroi lost 4-1 on the Eupen field, and Antwerp and KV Kortrijk are fighting for the third spot. With 2 more games to go, our young Canaries gained a nice 30 out of 36 in the Play-Offs.
Farewell to the Pomises coach Janssens after their eighth straight victory:
"After today, we have reached our goal for the second part of the season. With the group, we are now starting the last weeks well. We are certainly going to give everyone the necessary minutes and try to go for that 30 out of 30. A small objective to keep the group motivated. But I think that what we ware doing at the moment is that it should be feasible."
In the meantime, our promises have been reinforced for next season with Thomas Doore. The 18-year-old midfielder comes from the U19 of RSC Anderlecht.
The Canaries start on the pitch of KV Kortrijk at 30 to 30. On match day 13, our Promises play their first and last away game at the oung Guys this season. In our home ground, the Promises won 3 points twice against KVK. Monday, April 30, for their eleventh victory in PO2? Kick-off at 20:00.
