Ticket Information 2019-2020: STVV - KRC Genk

On Saturday 28 September at 8:30 pm the Canaries will play the Limburg derby against KRC Genk at home. This competition is a high security competition and additional safety measures have already been taken, including with regard to ticket sales.

Online sales:
General rule: All subscribers of last season AND this season can buy tickets online for this competition. In addition, ticket buyers who bought a ticket for one of the six risk matches (Bruges, Antwerp, Charleroi, Anderlecht, Genk, Standard) last season can also use the online platform.

Extra measure for this competition!
The online sale for tribune North is limited to a maximum of 1 ticket per person and that for a very limited period from Tuesday 3 September 2019 up to and including Monday 9 September 2019! Afterwards these tickets are only available through the STVV fanshop. For Tribune East and West, the normal procedure remains in force whereby a maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per person. The online sale for grandstand East and West starts on Tuesday 10 September 2019. Tickets can be purchased online up to and including Friday 27 September 2019 at 11.59 pm.

Ticket sales for this competition start in the STVV fanshop from Tuesday 17 September 2019! The STVV fanshop uses adjusted opening hours for this competition. Supporters who opt for tribune Noord can purchase 1 ticket per identity card. For the East and West stands, that is 4 tickets per identity card.

Attention! The ticket sale for this competition in the STVV fanshop ends on Friday, September 27, 2019 at 7:00 PM! On Saturday, September 28, 2019 (match day), the STVV fanshop will remain closed for ticketing.

No more counter sales:
• The counters remain closed on competition day! Fans of STVV and Genk must purchase their tickets in advance. No more tickets will be sold on the day of the competition! KRC Genk fans are required to travel by bus to Stayen. Tickets for the visiting trade can only be purchased in Genk.

No backpacks are allowed in the stadium. Handbags larger than an A4 size are also banned from the stadium. This is because of safety measures.
